CNN Offers Ridiculously Biased Poll on Obama
I found this poll at CNN. With respect to cutting the deficit in half, the question is "Can Obama Do It"?
The choice of answers?
Yes he can"No" is not one of your choices. And his failure is already blamed on the Republicans and/or "the world".
Not if the Republicans get their way
The world won;t let him
Are you kidding me with this poll? Is this some kind of joke? What kind of complete imbecile thought this up? This is like something that a third grader would come up with. And these journalist morons wonder why they can't find jobs in the industry.

POLL GIVES McCAIN LEAD IN FLORIDA EARLY VOTING
This can be done people...Get out and vote!
Democrats are beaming that their party is outperforming the Republicans in early voting, releasing numbers Wednesday that show registrants of their party ahead 54 percent to 30 percent among the 1.4 million voters who have gone to the polls early.
But party breakdowns for turnout aren't the same as final tallies, and at least one poll offered a different view for the campaign of Republican John McCain.
A Los Angeles Times/Bloomberg poll gave McCain a 49-45 lead over Democrat Barack Obama among Floridians who have already voted.
And Republicans continued to show a traditional strength, leading 50 percent to the Democrats' 30 percent in the 1.2 million absentee ballots already returned.

MSNBC DEBATE POLL BUSTED: FOREIGNERS CAST 79.4% OF THE POLL VOTES
Frankly, with all the foreign votes that made up the MSNBC poll, I'm surprised their results were so close.
From Deaf Republicans:
MSNBC's results? Impressive responses, eh? Here comes the part that MSNBC missed about the validity of online poll votes. Using Alexa.org I can check out the traffic details for both DrudgeReport.com and MSNBC.com to see where readers are coming from who may have likely participated in these online poll votes. Here's what they found:

The MSNBC poll results were as follows:

Contrast that poll with the make up of those who voted in the Drudge Report's poll:

And here were the results of the Drudge Report poll:

McCAIN AND OBAMA EVEN IN MINNESOTA: EUROPE WORLD REQUESTS ABSENTEE BALLOTS
There go those stupid Americans again. McCain and Obama draw even in Minnesota according to the Star Tribune's latest poll. Shocking!
Minnesota has become a battleground in a presidential campaign that has dramatically tightened nationwide.
A new Star Tribune Minnesota Poll shows that the race is now a dead heat between Barack Obama and John McCain, each supported by 45 percent of likely voters in the state.
The poll found that McCain has made gains across the board since a May Minnesota Poll that showed him trailing by 13 points. He has picked up considerable support among men and to a lesser degree among women. He also has boosted his standing with whites, young voters and all levels of household income and education.
Part of the rise in McCain's fortunes nationally has been attributed to his choice of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as his running mate, a move that has energized his party's conservative base.

ZOGBY: McCAIN SURGES IN ELECTORAL VOTES
Has McCain pulled a rope a hope?
An Electoral College tidal wave has followed the surge of interest in the rejuvenated Republican presidential ticket of John McCain and Sarah Palin, nearly erasing a once-daunting Democratic advantage and creating a race for the White House that is nearly dead-level even.
The latest Zogby Interactive polling in 11 key battleground states, and a further analysis of polling in other states, has resulted in the recalibration of the Zogby Electoral College Map, available at www.zogby.com.
In this latest adjustment of the Zogby map, Obama has lost 26 Electoral College votes from two states—Pennsylvania and New Mexico – both of which were moved from the Obama column into the toss-up column.
Meanwhile, McCain has gained enough ground to have—at least for now—captured a definitive lead in seven new states: Ohio, Missouri, Nevada, South Carolina, Montana, South and North Dakota. McCain’s gains total 54 Electoral College votes. Based on a Zogby analysis of other credible polling and demographic trends, the Zogby map is also moving four other states – Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, and North Dakota from toss-ups into the McCain column.
All of McCain’s gains come from moving toss-up states into his column—no states moved directly from Obama to McCain.

ZOGBY POLL: McCAIN TAKES 4 POINT LEAD OVER OBAMA IN POST-CONVENTION POLL
Here you go:
Republicans John McCain and Sarah Palin left St. Paul, Minnesota, with a smallish bounce overall and some energy in key demographic groups, as the race for the presidency enters a key stage and voters begin to tune in to the contest, the latest Zogby Interactive poll finds.
The McCain/Palin ticket wins 49.7% support, compared to 45.9% backing for the Obama/Biden ticket, this latest online survey shows. Another 4.4% either favored someone else or were unsure.

CBS POLL: ALL TIED UP
It appears that McCain pulled a rope a hope with the Sarah Palin pick:
The presidential race between Barack Obama and John McCain is now even at 42 percent, according to a new CBS News poll conducted Monday-Wednesday of this week. Twelve percent are undecided according to the poll, and one percent said they wouldn't vote.
This is in contrast to a poll conducted last weekend, where the Obama-Biden ticket led McCain-Palin by eight points, 48 percent to 40 percent.
McCain has also closed the enthusiasm gap some with Obama, but it still exists. Fifty-five percent of Obama's supporters are enthusiastic about their choice, and now so are 35% of McCain's. Last weekend, just 25 percent of McCain's supporters were enthusiastic about him, compared to 67 of Obama's supporters.

WHITE WOMEN COLD TOWARD OBAMA
I reckon they can sense the whitey hating of Obama and his friends...
Barack Obama’s favorability ratings among white women has declined significantly in recent months, particularly among Democrats and independents, presenting an immediate obstacle for the likely Democratic nominee as he moves to shore up his party’s base.
According to a new report by The Pew Research Center for the People & the Press, half of white women now have a negative perception of Obama.
Forty-nine percent of white women view Obama unfavorably, while only 43 percent hold a favorable opinion. In February, 36 percent of these women viewed Obama unfavorably, while 56 percent had a positive perception of the likely Democratic nominee.

PENNSYLVANIA VOTERS LAY THE SMACK DOWN ON OBAMA: HILLARY MOVES 20 POINTS AHEAD
Obama's bigoted comments about small town America asserting that they "cling to religion", believe in their second amendment right to bear arms and are xenophobic bumkins because they are frustrated with government has blown up in his elitist face. A recent poll out of Pennsylvania shows that Obama has gone from being tied with Hillary Clinton to now trailing by 20 points. It seems Obama has overlooked the most important of all stereotypes of small town America. They watch a lot of TV.
Pennsylvannia voters lash out at Obama
