He is asked whether or not he intends to put himself and his family into the fiasco known as Obamacare. Rather than answer the question, he dodges it and gives the microphone to, I'm sure, some moonbat he planted who then proceeds to lecture the crowd about health care being a right granted by the United Nations. Just incredible in his arrogance.
