Whoever once said "there are no dumb ideas" never met the people who came up with this stuff, although if it did work, I could see the value of using the explosion containment net on a suicide jihadi bomber.
The net would also be good for capturing hippies who have over-zealous interests in jam bands.
Yeah I was gonna say...that Hippy Thwartin' Umbrella would come in handy down around the NYU campus. How much?
