Well, I am from New York, and I moved down to NC around 4 years ago.
I have to say, Rangers fans were nowhere near as dedicated as Caniacs, and that is why I am proudly a 'Canes fan. I have a bracelet with the 'Canes logo on it that is made out of a puck (I got it at The Eye at the last game of this past season) and many people criticize me.
I smile inside though, because I have never seen a fan base as big as the Hurricanes in the 5 places I've lived. Here's to the 'Canes!
