What the hell is going on? For voting these imbeciles into office, the people of Louisiana deserve every rotten thing coming to them. On a lighter note, this makes me laugh like hell. I swear I saw this guy outside a Shreveport 7-11 begging me to buy him a beer.

Aren't the taxpayers of Louisiana a little pissed their government is wasting it's time like this?
They voted for these nutroots. They're too damn dumb to be pissed.
Is that little freak an elected member? I assumed he was invited to do that.
Last time I saw that guy he was walking with a plastic bin of Heineken and up to his waist in Katrina water.
