Nuke on a Truck: Coming to a Town Near You?

Two Senate bills are aimed at spurring small, self-contained, tamper-proof nuclear power plants. They will be factory-built and transported to where they are needed. With a ten to twenty year capacity they can be shipped back for refueling when necessary. Rural areas won't have to rely on the national grid to have power. No greenhouse gases, no hippies crying about gorebal worming.
