The politically-correct headwear is on offer along with full-length skirts.
Bosses obsessed with “diversity” claim the clothing will tempt more ethnic minorities to join the brigade.
But Campaign Against Political Correctness co-founder John Midgley said: “The fire brigade should ensure that the safety of the public and all of its staff are paramount and I hope that this is not going to be harmed by what at face value seems to be a politically-correct decision.
“This is a decision which seems to contradict its own entry requirements, whereby the hearing and vision of firemen should not be impaired.”
The grey and red pieces of clothing, also including long-sleeved shirts, maternity and sportswear, were unveiled by the Lincoln-shire brigade.
Fire Minister Sadiq Khan said: “We want the widest range of applicants to join the Fire and Rescue Service.”
