This took place during the 60th Congressional hearing on detainee treatment since the Democrats took over the House back in 2007. Rep. Bill Delahunt (D-Mass) was interviewing David Addington, Chief of Staff and former Counsel to Vice-President Cheney about how America is treating its Al-Qaeda terrorist prisoners. During the exchange this is what Delahunt told David Addington:
