More proof that "free" healthcare is the furthest thing from free.

Not only is the cost high on every living and hard-working taxpayer, the cost could potentially be higher for the doctors that treat us.  Sure, let's cut the hand off the doctors that treat us.  Logic only a liberal could understand.
