A high-strung and babbling supporter of Barack Obama got dangerously close to the presidential hopeful yesterday during Obama's visit to an Italian market in Philadelphia. A clearly uneasy and un-presidential Obama snapped angrily at the man, "You are wearing me out, brother". After viewing the exchange, one is left to wonder what the Secret Service's protocol is concerning Obama. It would seem that this man was allowed to get far too close for far too long.

DEMOCRAT'S INFIGHTING ON BLOGS IS TEARING THE PARTY APART

Here's a suprise to no one, it seems, but Bill O'Reilly. Liberals are rude, spiteful, and venomous people. As reported yesterday by The Washington Times:

Fox News host Bill O'Reilly yesterday cited both "venom" and "liberals brutalizing liberals" on Web sites partial to either Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton or Sen. Barack Obama.

Vitriol is brewing among Democrats, Mr. O'Reilly said, singling out the Daily Kos in particular as a "hateful left-wing Web site" that slammed Mrs. Clinton as a "coward" and "degenerative liar," among other things.

It is good that O'Reilly has learned that liberal bloggers are "venomous" and "brutalizing". But, it leaves me wondering how long before he figures out they're stupid too. Blog Bickering Called Poison to Democrats

CALLS FOR A FITNA SEQUEL COMING FROM EUROPE

There are signs that not all Europeans are as apologetic and disgusted about the anti-koran film "Fitna" as the Dutch. Contrary to the embarassing muslim love-fest sweeping the Netherlands, some European voices are calling for a sequel to the film. The well-respected "Brussels Journal" wrote yesterday:

...I agree with Hugh Fitzgerald: We want a sequel! What about “Pirates of Muhammad: At Islam’s End,” starring Johnny Depp? Yes, I know, it would be too cute, but at least people would see it. As long as Keira Knightley plays Aisha, I’m happy.

I especially liked the agitated gentleman waving a sword, screaming for Jihad. I thought Jihad was about inner, peaceful struggle against yourself, a bit like yoga? He didn’t seem to enjoy any inner peace, though.

And if Jihad is about better education, as I have heard from my local newspaper, why didn’t he wave a pencil?

Maybe it was a pencil sharpener?

John McCain and David Letterman traded insults last night on "The Late Show with David Letterman". McCain seemed to get the better of the gap-toothed spaz. At one point, McCain smiled at Letterman and told him "You look like the guy who the neighbors later say, ‘He mostly kept to himself.’ You look like the night manager of a creepy motel.’’. Indeed.
