The most believable explanation I've heard is that he has a tape of her saying, Why'd he do this; Why'd he do that -- which sounds like Whitey do this; Whitey do that.Plausible takes. We shall see.
Following along with GRC, that means there's a 'longer tape', where you find out who 'he' is (Say, GWB). And releasing that tape will make everyone screaming about 'whitey' look like buffoons.
