Holy hell...Talk about a gaffe machine. I literally saw just 3 seconds of Obama's speech tonight as I was flipping through channels. And what did I hear? Something about "the greatest generation liberating an entire continent from tyranny"...Never mind they liberated an entire planet and that the war was fought on virtually every continent....Never mind that I guess...It's Obama's world...We're just living in it.

I saw that. Ridiculously stupid.
Eastern Europe, including Poland, remained under a tyranny after WWII -- they simply were not liberated. So the continent of Europe was not liberated. And of course Europe includes much of the Soviet Empire. Perhaps in the communist mentored eyes of Obama these communist states are not considered tyrannies ..
Japan was not a continent.
Is Obama dumb, or is he just going for the dumb vote? Hard to tell.
