The Chinese people have been enraged about the alleged attack on a wheelchair bound olympic torch carrier by a supposed Tibetan protester in Paris. Pictures of her determined resistance have been plastered all over Chinese state run media and are being used as a rallying cry for Chinese nationalism. Well, it appears, that the whole thing may have been staged. In what appears to be China's "baby milk plant" moment, Dafydd at Big Lizards has incredible evidence that the attacks on the Olympic torch procession may have been planned in Beijing. Also, photos are surfacing of Chinese soldiers carrying Tibetan monk robes. Now why would they need these? Just incredible! The photos below show the image that was shown all across the world of the alleged attack on the torch carrier by a Tibetan protester, the alleged attacker marching with friends carrying Chinese flags, and Chinese soldiers carrying Tibetan monk robes:

Wow! Do the chinese people even know about this? Will they ever?
These pics actually came from Chinese bloggers. A lot of them are pretty mad at their government.
Ha Ha! Busted!
Maybe the Tibetans are faking that the chinese govt. is faking that the tibetans attacked the torch. I gotta go to sleep.
No, I'd say the majority of Chinese bloggers are mad at the western media for drawing overdrawn conclusions. The first images make you wonder if the pro-Tibet attacker was with the pro-China people, or just walking along the same path. There's nothing in the picture to prove it either way.
The picture of the soldiers with monks robes is from a movie set five or so years ago; it's an old photo, and even the Tibetan Centre for Human Rights has come out and acknowledged that it is a picture of the soldiers getting ready to be extras in a movie set in Tibet.
Did we just get rick rolled?
