Video of released terrorist Abdel Basset Megrahi. He is receiving a hero's welcome in Libya. He was released by Scotland after serving only 8 years in prison. He helped kill 270 people when he and his fellow terrorists blew up Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. Disgusting!

American prisoners die of terminal illnesses all the time. And they die in prison! Life sentence means life sentence. Or not.
The Scots have to follow Scottish law just like we have to follow U.S. law. Doesn't mean they like it, or that they're pussies.

Follow their law? My understanding is that it's discretionary under these circumstances. You've seen their discretion. And I suppose one could say that if that is indeed their law, then yeah, they're pussies. Even if their pussiness is legislated. at best, it's indirect pussiness.
I'll just add that if that is their law and no discretion is allowed, then that is one dumbass law. Basically, you'd be giving anyone with a terminal illness a license to kill and there would never be any incarceration of such people. That sound like something a non-pussy people would do?
