Take care of your business at home. These Mexican officials seem to have forgotten all the "reconquista" talk under Vicente Fox. I have not forgotten. Get your behinds back to Mexico. You are not welcome.
From elpasotimes.com:
Police are investigating threats against Juárez Mayor Jose Reyes Ferriz, who moved his family to El Paso for safety, El Paso police Detective Carlos Carrillo said Monday. Are this man and his family here legally? That's a question that needs an answer. It is way past time to clamp down on the Mexicanization of America. It's beyond the scenario of decent folks just looking for work. They're bringing their drug and gang culture with them.
"We received information that the Juárez mayor lives in El Paso, and that possibly they were going to come to El Paso to get him," Carrillo said. "He has not asked us for our help, but it's our duty to protect any resident of our city who may be under threat."
Juárez police said written threats against Reyes Ferriz and his family were left in different parts of Juárez after the police chief, Roberto Orduña Cruz, resigned Friday. The threats were written on the kind of banners and posters that the Juárez drug cartel has used to send messages to police and others.
Take this story into account in light of the Mexican drug cartel kidnappings that are taking place in the Phoenix area. This is MAJOR issue. And one that no politician dares touch out of fear of losing the Hispanic vote.
Here is a related video. A report about the daily violence on the streets of Mexico's most dangerous city. The quote at 3:45 is roughly translated as, "Clearly we are afraid to patrol. Everyday you face death, but someone has to do this work. We do not want this to come to Mexico City, it would be uncontrollable."
Mexico is more dangerous than Iraq.

Clearly your a dumbass. With over 300 latinos dying in Iraq alone for this country. You have no right to speak your drivel. Each one sacrificed more for this country than you ever have or will.
Last year, 9,477 foreign-born residents of the United States signed up for the U.S. armed forces.
One of the first U.S. soldiers to die in Iraq, Jose Gutierrez, was an orphaned Guatemalan who at the time of his death was not even an American citizen.
As U.S. casualties in Iraq continue to mount, so does the worry in the country's Latino community that its children are dying in unusually high numbers and are being lured into dangerous service with targeted recruiting by the Armed Forces.
Many in the community worry that Hispanic men and women are being disproportionately exposed to risk and sent to the front lines.
According to the Pew Hispanic Center, while Latinos make up 9.5 percent of the actively enlisted forces, they are over-represented in the categories that get the most dangerous assignments -- infantry, gun crews and seamanship -- and make up over 17.5 percent of the front lines.
Oh, you're (I actually spelled that right) one of those who cannot differentiate between a Mexican citizen and an American who happens to be Hispanic. That's your problem. I don't think this post is about hating latinos as much as it's about stopping illegal immigration. They could just as well be Canadian.
Your inability to tell the difference between a foreign citizen and someone who is, presumably, an American citizen, makes you a racist and frankly, a bad American.

So what does a Guatemalan citizien have to do with a story about dangerous Mexican immigrating to America illegally? Do you think this is an issue about race? If so, that makes you the dumbass, not the person who posted the story.
